How do I pay for my service?

Once our service is completed, you can made payment by cash, cheque or Bank transfer whichever is most convenient for you.

Why should I engage Nouve Home Service instead of Freelancer?

Quality is our highest priority. We deliver what we promise and assure you of the accountability of the actions of our workmen during the course of their duties. No more last minute panic when your freelancer does not turn up or the quality does not meet your expectation. Should there be any problems encountered with the workmen assigned to your home, inform us and we will take appropriate remedial action.

What are the operation hours like?

From Monday to Saturday, our daily operation starts as early as 8am. Please kindly contact us to find out the time slots available.

How do I reschedule or cancel my service appointment?

You can reschedule or cancel your service up to 72 hours before your appointment. Call us or email your cancellation or reschedule request.


If you want to reschedule or cancel your service less than 24 hours before your appointment window, you may be charged a $25 fee at our discretion.
